I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist offering virtual telehealth sessions in NY, MD, VA and FL for couples and families. I help you discover factors affecting your relationships, sort out problematic patterns, build understanding between your loved ones, and begin new, stronger connections. Often relationships get off track during life-cycle transitions, high stress and other crises. We work together to sort out what is going on for you and look for ways to revitalize important connections. I have over 20 years experience as a relationship therapist. Before that I was an educator working with teens and adults.
